Returns

LMCSHOP has a no cancellation policy due to the fact that all orders are processed and shipped immediately from our partner warehouses.  Any item ordered that is not wanted will have to meet the below replacement, refund or return policy for the product to be returned.

 

LMCSHOP does not offer replacements, refunds or returns on any liquids, filters, cleaners, consumables or paper products.  All sales are final on these products.  For all other products: There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns or refunds.  All request for replacement, return or refund must be received within 5 days of delivery of product at orders@lmcboats.com.  All request for replacement, return or refund will be considered on a case by case basis.  For a request for replacement, return or refund to be approved the item must be unopened and in its original condition.

 

LMCSHOP is not the shipper.  We use UPS, FedEx, and Freight carriers for shipping. As such we are not able to guarantee shipping delivery days or times.  Refunds or returns will not be given as a result of a delay in shipping.    We are not responsible for shipping charges for returned items.  Once our customer service team has verified the item, the original purchase price of the item will be refunded.

 

Items listed under the "Warehouse Specials" section are clearance items that are heavily discounted. These items include overstocked items, out of box items, outdated items, or simply items that didn't sell in the volume we anticipated.  Due to this nature, we do not offer refunds or returns on any products shown found under Warehouse Specials.  

 

Damaged Items

In the event your product arrives damaged, please contact us right away. All damaged or non-functioning products must be documented upon arrival within 24 hours of delivery via photo/video. Once that has been received, we will be happy to send a replacement product and a return label for the damaged product.

Should your product be damaged while under a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer for repairs/replacement.

Items damaged during transit or by the shipping carrier will be handled directly through the shipment company.

Warehouse Clearance Items

All items listed under the Warehouse Clearance section are clearance items that are heavily discounted. These items include overstocked items, out of box items, outdated items, or simply items that didn't sell in the volume we anticipated.  Due to this nature, we do not offer cancellations refunds or returns on any products shown found under Warehouse Specials.
